Responsibilities of First Advantage jobs 2025

  • Review and process vendor invoices according to company policies and procedures
  • verify documentation for charges and services before payment processing
  • Maintain batch entries in Accounts Payable and resolve batch posting issues
  • cross-train on key accounts such as lab charge verification and invoice coding
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice related queries
  • Notify Vendors of missing documentation
  • Multi task across various systems to research discrepancies and ensure accurate processing
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
