Technical and Professional Requirements

1.Monitors alerting tools, handles escalated incidents from helpdesk desk side and end users

2.Respond to suspicious alerts in a consistent and repeatable manner from multiple alerting sources

3.Provide 24×7 coverage through a combination of onsite normal business hours monitoring and after hours on call

4.Responsible for triage of C2 alerts phishing attempts & AV Alerts and botnets which will make up the majority of the day to day threats

Responsibilities for Infosys jobs 2025

1.Candidate should have experience in

network security
Analyze and recommend solution for client based networking security measures.
Evaluating firewall rule base, identifying vulnerable rules or ports and providing security
Knowledge of change management system
capable of Requirement gathering, documenting and updating processes
