• Proficient Knowledge of Monitoring network uptime and performance, security, redundancy.
• Experience resolving client requests in a timely manner using strong troubleshooting skills.
• Monitor and run batch job schedules create schedules, coordinate changes updates with application teams..
• participate in code deployments which are documented in Run books.
• participate in monitoring tool maintenance creation of new monitors and alerts
• Must have good experience of ISTM tool management and oversight of offsite and onsite team from a staff availability during P1 and P2 issues escalation management.
• Hands on the technical experience in a support role preferably with in a NOC environment
• Excellent Knowledge in monitoring network uptime and performance security redundancy.
• Understanding of one more operation system is desirable
