NPCIL Recruitment 2025. 1.Education qualification:- A full-time BE/B.Tech /B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, candidates must have a valid GATE score from the years 2023, 2024 or 2025

2.Age Limit:- The upper age limit is 26 years as of April 30, 2025 age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per government regulations.

Salary benefits

Selected candidates receive a monthly stipend for approximately ₹70,000/- during the training period upon successful completion of the training. candidates will be appointed as scientific officers in group A with a pay scale starting at ₹56,000/- per month along with a additional allowances as per government norms.

Mechanical Engineering 150 positions.
Chemical Engineering 60 positions.
Electrical Engineering 80 positions.
Electrical Engineering 45 positions.
Instrumentation Engineering 20 positions.
Civil Engineering 45 positions.

Selection Process

The selection process involves shortlisting candidates based on their GATE score shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview notably there is no written exam for this positions. The final selection will be based on the candidates performance in the interview and their GATE score.
